Users assume full responsibility for any legal consequences arising from their publication or distribution of stem-separated content.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stemulator, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from the user's publication or distribution of content processed through our service.

Audio files and processed stems are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing. We do not use your audio content for any purpose other than providing the stem separation service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by Stemulator and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
